Personality: grounded, yet passionate. Hates to be stereotyped or underestimated. As a result of a past ordeal (which will come out during role play) Perry often second guesses himself and feels a lack of confidence from his Mother and older brothers.

Perry was born Jan 3rd, 1992 to the Halliwell family. They are a family of Witches whom are destined to protect the human race from the Cold Ones, or Vampires. They do not consider themselves Vampire hunters, but protectors of innocents. The Halliwell Witches have super human strength and spee, to better match up against Vampires. Their skin is not as hard, but they do heal much more faster than regular humans.

With the sudden gathering of so many vampires in the small town of Forks, WA, along with the appearance of what seems to be Werewolves, Piper has decided to send someone to check things out. Since Wyatt and Chris are in Europe on a separate mission, Perry was chosen to go.

Piper instructed Perry that he was NOT there to fight a war, but to merely observate. All the while trying to keep his magical identity a secret from the vampire communities. Ofcourse, with Perry being the youngest Witch in the family, he has a lot to learn in ways of obeying.

Molecular Immobilaztion: ability to slow down the molecules of an object to the point where they stop moving completely, therefore 'freezing' the object.

Molecular Combustion: is the power to speed up molecules to the point that they explode.

While Perry inherited these powers fro his mother, he has yet to show he has control of them. Basically making it a coin-toss as to what will happen when Perry throws up his hands. He can manage to "freeze" non-living objects for extended amounts of time, althought freezing "living" beings (vampires, people, werewolves) usually last only a short amount of time. Also, when attempting to freeze newborns (under two years old), he only manages to put them in slow motion for a short amount of time.
When blowing up object, Perry has yet to be able to blow up an entir vampire like his mother. He has managed to blow up a vampires limbs.
