Alothough, even with her extravagent makeup and piercings she still comes off looking like a little girl.

Personality: Bright, bubbly, and kind Eveleyn is a sweet hyperactive girl. She loves animals and would take in every stray she saw if she had the room and chance to. She tends to be very oblivious and innocent. She acts as though she's a little girl even though she knows it would be better to act her age. Although most of the time she is kind she has habit of disliking or lking people just by looking at them, and tends to be colder to people whom she dislikes.

Past: Eveleyn was born on a sunny morning at around 9AM. Her mother always said this was the reason for her sunny disposition. Her mother's name is Claire Evins and her father's name is James Mills. She has two twin brothers, David and Daniel Mills. She grew up in Los Angeles, California, and she loved it. Around the age of 7, while her brothers were only 5, their father passed away due to illness. Her mother never told them what it was just that he was gone now, and we should cherish the memories we had. After her father's death her mother became less and less active. She started to lose interest in most things and just went on in her daily routine. Her mother got a job but it wasn't enough to keep up with the bills. Eveleyn helped out by getting tutoring jobs and working after school at her friends father's hair salon sweeping up. With her help they got by with alittle more than enough. Soon, her mother had grown tired of city life and missed her mother who had recently moved to Forks, Washington. Eveleyn loved the city but saw how depressed and lonesome her mother had become. Eveleyn secretly called her grandmother a few nights later asking if it would be okay if they moved up to Forks with her. Her grandmother agreed but warned her that the house wasn't big so she would have to room with her brothers. About a month later they were packed and ready to go.
