chilling on the beach

lilly dropped her body on the sand. I hate it here no one cool around here? No people who aren't like they were idiots? all those stories about wolves made Lilly crazy.

I ran down onto the beach. Nothing to do.
I spotted someone who looked as bored as me and skipped over, I sat down next to her.
Hey, I'm Tahlia.

Hey Lilly answered. She looked at the girl and added I'm Lilly.

I smiled. Hey Lilly. You look about as bored as me.
I looked out across the waves.

That's because I am and I hate it here. Lilly said.

I sighed. "I know the feeling. But there are some perks... not very many..."

Well if you can show me one hot guy I might like it here Lilly said.

I laughed. Well, the guys around here aren't very not nice looking... If that makes sense

Then three La Push guys ran past, on the sand. Tall, tanned and buff.

Hmmmm I heard that Jacob Black guy is nice looking lilly grinned. She watched the boys being tough. Hey that's a girl right? she pointed at a girl with long black hair.

So, maybe you'll fall in love with Jacob Black.
I looked where Lilly was pointing. Yep.

"Darn it. " I grinned. " I don't think there are many non-macho guys around La Push. You should try Forks."

Forks? you think I am allowed to go there on my own? My mom listens to those stories from that Black guy and she believes all of it. Like vampires no chance Lilly laughed.

I laughed. "Vampires?" I watched as the three guys and the girl all jumped into the water, fully clothed.
*Aren't they gonna be cold?* I thought randomly.
"But, you wouldn't have to go on your own." I grinned.

I don't? Lilly asked laughing. Maybe they are thinking the are hot so they feel hot and dress hot Lilly said laughing.

I laughed as Jacob got pushed underwater by his friends.
I got up and dusted the sand off of my shorts.
What are we waiting for?
I looked back at Jacob and he still hadn't come up.
I looked at Lilly, watching the water out of the corner of my eye.

Me Lilly laughed and walked with Thalia. you are my guide she said laughing.

I laughed and looked back. Jacob was still underwater.
I ran back to the edge of the water and jumped in.
I swam under the water and it wasn't as cold as I thought.
I searched for him and couldn't find him. I swam up for air and went back underwater.

what the hell is she doing? lilly whispered as she als jumped in. she saw a boy under water she lifted him up and tossed him on the sand. stupid macho she whispered as she tried to reanimate him. Oh no not mouth to mouth she cried and did it anyway. Come on breathe you fool she said angry now. and suddenly he started to breathe. oh god she said.

Jacob started laughing. "Your face. Oh, I just love to wind you up."
I smacked his arm. "Dullass fool"

No you just wanted a kiss macho boy lilly said laughing and stood back on her feet again.

I rolled my eyes. *Guys* i thought.

right macho boy? Lilly said and walked back to Tahlia.
