Christmas Time

Bella plodded downstairs sleepily.
Morning Sleepy. Charlie called.
Hey Dad. Bella yawned.
Before she was down the last step, Charlie thrusted a small wrapped box at her.
Thanks. Bella laughed.
Bella skipped over to the sofa, sat down and opened my present.
It was a silver necklace with a small, light blue star on the end.
Bella's eyes popped wide. Wow. Thanks Dad. It's beautiful.
Charlie laughed. Well, that's okay.
He handed me another present.
Bella opened it with a grimace. Okay, It's Christmas, one present is okay. But two?
Charlie looked like a schoolboy who was hiding the extent of the damage.
He moved to the side and revealed the Christmas tree with around fifty presents underneath.
Bella'd put her 10 presents for Charlie under the tree last night.
Dad! Bella complained.
Bella! He mocked, with a grin.
Bella sighed. I'm not opening them all now.
Charlie nodded.
So, when's E- Charlie was interrupted by the doorbell.
Bella grinned. I think, round abouts now. And it's not just Edward, it's Hayley too.
Bella went to open the door.

Bella skipped to the door and flung it open. She saw Hayley and Edward waiting.
Told ya. she turned around to Charlie.
Hey there Hayley. He said and then nodded. Edward.
Chief Swan. Edward grinned. Merry Christmas.
You too. he walked off.
Bella turned around to Edward and he kissed her.
Bella smiled into the kiss and then forgot what day it was.
When Edward pulled away, Bella took his hand.
Merry Christmas guys Bella said and groaned at Hayley. Not more presents
She gestured towards the tree and the mountain of presents Charlie had bought her.
Edward just laughed and Bella sighed and stood behind Edward and Hayley.
She pushed them inside.

Bella closed the door and sighed. She took the box from Hayley and opened it, grimacing.
Inside was a beautiful silver bracelet with blue, pink and red gems studding the outside.
Wow! Bella smiled, trying not to look happy. Ooh !
Bella ran upstairs and came back with two small giftbags labelled 'Hayley' and 'Edward'
Here you go.

Hayley smiled from ear to ear.
Thank you Bella Hayley hugged her and took a little present out of her pocket.
Its for your dad Hayley said smiling.

Bella smiled and placed it under the tree with Charlie's presents.
I'm sure he'll love it.

Hayley danced into the living room.
Hey mr. Swan here is a present for you from me and Alice.
She said with the most sweetest voice she had.
